At Gameroom Mart, we stand by our superior quality and product design. As a valued member of our community, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-month limited warranty that covers the use of Gameroom Mart equipment, such as the game machines or touchscreen monitors (collectively, the “Product”). Certain exclusions apply, as described in the Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State. Please note that we reserve the right to change the Limited Warranty at any time.
If, for any reason, you are having any problems with your Product, please reference our support email listed at bottom of this section so we can help. The following parts and components of the Product are warranted as described:
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Who is covered?
The original purchaser of the Product is covered by the Limited Warranty (including, if applicable, the use of Gameroom Mart parts and accessories) and is not transferable or assignable to any other party.
What is covered?
Gameroom Mart covers manufacturer’s defects that arise in the Product or warranted components within the applicable Limited Warranty time period described in the Warranty section. Any replacement components are warranted for the remainder of the original existing Limited Warranty period and must be brought. Gameroom Mart reserves the right to substitute material of equal quality if identical materials are not available at the time of service under the Limited Warranty. The replacement of the product under the terms of the Limited Warranty in no way extends the applicable warranty period. In the event repair is not possible, Gameroom Mart will replace your equipment at our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas.
What is NOT Covered?
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damages due to (i) transportation of any kind after installation; (ii) storage; (iii) improper use; (iv) failure to follow the product instructions (including the safety instructions) or to perform any preventative maintenance; (v) modifications; (vi) unauthorized repair; or (vii) external causes such as accidents, abuse, environmental damages, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. The Limited Warranty also does not apply to damages due to normal wear and tear, and it is important that you maintain the Product, including the power cord and other components, by inspecting your Product regularly for any damage, loose parts, or other signs of wear and tear that could cause breakdowns or component failures.
Damage or equipment failure due relocation, improper or negligent assembly, installation, maintenance, or repair (other than that caused by an Gameroom Mart authorized service technician), use of the Product with parts or accessories from third-parties, or with parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product, or any use contrary to the instructions provided by Gameroom Mart.
Any other Gameroom Mart products or services other than the Product for which the Warranty was purchased, non-Gameroom Mart products or labor, units that are, or that Gameroom Mart reasonably believes to be, stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller.
Gameroom Mart does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free in relation to software sold or embedded within the device. Please contact us at https://gameroommart.com/contact-us.
